Is a 5% Annual Sell-Through Rate possible for a domain portfolio?

I know the average domain portfolio sell-through rate (STR) tends to be around 1% - 2% each year for most domain investors.

I've seen in SquadHelp backend there are a few sellers that have a 7% STR. Seems high but SH does a lot of marketing.

Hi

in the heydays of dnforum, i could achieve 5% str in my sleep :)

as is, have already reached the "2% str" in passive sales at sedo, alone.

so, i think depending on the quality of a portfolio and the individual sellers' skills and experience,
then a 5% mark could be reached if one was motivated to do it.

imo...

So possible ... but very hard.

Hi

sell thru rate, is not something that determines how much one earns.
it only represents a percentage of names sold, from a portfolio

as i could only sell one name a year, but the ROI could be greater than someone else who sold 10 names in same period.

so, it's the ROI on each sale, for each domain, that matters.

imo...

I'm looking for consistency with sales for cash flow.
