To ensure the best experience for our community members, we have established the following Terms of Service (TOS) for event organizers seeking their own event categories within "Domain Name Events and Conferences."

By applying for an event category on DNForum.com, you agree to abide by these TOS. Please read them carefully before submitting your request.

1. Eligibility Criteria:
1.1. To be eligible for your own event category, your event must be directly related to domain names or closely related topics.
1.2. You must be an official representative of the event.
1.3. Your event must meet the minimum engagement and posting requirements specified below.

2. Posting Requirements:
2.1. You are required to post a minimum of 3 new threads per week within your event category.
2.2. Threads must be relevant to your event, informative, and engaging.
2.3. You must actively engage with other forum members when they participate in threads within your event category.

3. Event Image:
3.1. We will post your event's image as the cover image for the category thread.
3.2. The image must be related to your event and of appropriate content.

4. Compliance with Community Guidelines:
4.1. You must adhere to DNForum.com's Community Guidelines at all times when creating and participating in threads within your event category.
4.2. Any content that violates our guidelines may result in the removal of your event category and/or account suspension.

5. Termination of Event Category:
5.1. DNForum.com reserves the right to terminate your event category at any time if you fail to meet the posting and engagement requirements or violate our Community Guidelines.
5.2. Termination may also occur if your event is found to be unrelated to domain names or misleading in any way.

6. DNForum.com's Discretion:
6.1. The approval and continuation of your event category are at the discretion of DNForum.com administrators.
6.2. We may periodically review your category to ensure it aligns with our community standards.

7. Application Process:
7.1. To apply for your event category, please contact DNForum.com administrators via the designated application process.
7.2. Provide all necessary information about your event and its relevance to the domain name industry.
7.3. Await confirmation and further instructions from our team.

8. Changes to TOS:
8.1. DNForum.com reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time.
8.2. Event organizers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the event category implies acceptance of the updated TOS.
