    I don't agree and, after all, the owner that don't use a domain, could be refunded of the registration costs by the new owner

    the main difference is that, with a domain, you can make money, while, with a marriage, you can only lose money :)

    it's exactly the rule I suggest to change ... you remain the owner of a domain only if you use it for "something" in one-two years
