Â¥.com would have been one of the multilingual names reserved for the registrant via Verisign in Feb last year. They do not fully resolve and the expiration date on these names has been postponed to December 2002. These names show in the whois starting with as bq--

I know that ML names are not permitted in .info, but not sure about .biz
