General notes:

• For the registrar, domain age or expiry date - please do a WHOIS search. Domaintools.com is a good one.
• To check PR, backlinks and indexed pages, please use iWebtool, Smart Pagerank, or similar tool.
• If you want the traffic stats, please tack on /axs/ax-admin.pl to the URL and then click on "View in Graphical Format" to give you an idea of visits and referrers. I will only post Awstats screenshots on request. (P.S. "hits" in the AXS script is about equal to "visits" in Awstats)
• Revenue details - for most sites I am NOT tracking income individually. My affiliate income is mostly just pooled. This of course does not mean that they are not revenue earning, just that I'm not tracking it.
• If you require more info than posted in the initial thread, please ask and I will gladly comply if possible.

OK, I have just finished the website at democraticinsider//com too. Obviously this is a brand new site, but IMHO it is a valuable domain with a lot of potential in the right hands - have a look at politicalinsider//com (not my website) to see what can be achieved. So I'm looking at mid $xxx offers for this one.

barack//ws - Barack Obama Blog - PR3

• 6-Month old WordPress powered niche site that automatically aggregates and categorizes relevant Barack Obama and political content from many sources.
• There are currently 2,541 posts in 13 categories. Want to post your own content instead? Just turn off the RSS feed imports, or suppliment them.
• This site has not been actively promoted, but still received 836 unique visitors in May, 750 in June, 490 in July, and 142 in August to date. I moved servers in June/July, so that will help account for the lower July figure. More stats and referrers here. (Awstats screenshot)
• This site has high search engine rankings for many relevant key phrases and has good search engine saturation: 2,000 pages in Google alone. 530+ backlinks.
• Affiliate programs used include Adsense, Cafepress and Amazon. I'm not tracking income from these. The site has also been accepted at TLA, but no income there yet.
• Conservatively valued at $339 (without taking into account any income, effort and content). I think it is already worth more, and its value will only increase in the months to come.

• This is a year and 3 months old George W. Bush parody site that specifically pokes fun at some of his humorous comments and "bushisms". Love him, or hate him, the man has a distinctive oratory style I acquired the site in mid February and converted it to PHP, gave it a makeover, added more content, etc.
• Great, keyword domain! Site is #7 on Google for "bush comments", #4 on MSN Live, etc.
• I haven't promoted this site, but still received 130 unique visitors in May, 94 in June, 151 in July, and 60 in August to date. Basically organic, search engine, traffic. (Awstats screenshot)
• This site is well-indexed with some 110 backlinks.
• Affiliate programs used include Adsense, Cafepress, Calendars.com, T-shirthumor and Amazon. I'm not tracking income from these.

• 1 Year and 2 months old WordPress powered site in a unique niche. I've had it since September last year. It automatically aggregates and categorizes Political, Campaign and other Attack Ads content from several sources.

• I bought this as a, simple, one-page website 10 days ago and gave it a complete makeover: converted it to WordPress, added loads of content and features (Ajax polls), etc.
• Great keyword-rich domain with US focus - hard to come by name, all other TLDs taken
• The "old" site was about 7 months old, but there has been a site at this domain on and off since 2005, so it has some history
• The "new" site has been submitted to all search engines, and has backlinks from my other Political sites, so should get PR soon
• It is monetized via Adsense and Amazon, but I'm not tracking income
• Has some original content, but automatically aggregates and categorizes election/political news (currently has 962 posts in 14 categories), so it's pretty much a hands-off site - you can of course turn off the RSS feed imports, or supplement them anytime you wish
• It has not yet been promoted - little traffic
