I, and friends, are interesting in acquiring domains that fit the following criteria.
PM Only with domains and prices. Or email todd at dnspeculator.com.
Thanks.
Non-Traffic:
Budget: $40,000 (for 1-20 names)
1) Topic: must not be a mlm, amway, scamway, or any other "deceiving" method. Legit business.
2) Specifically looking for: medical (insomnia; cancer; surgergy; condition; melanoma), lawyer/attorney; product (eg diningtable.net); Insurance; Investment; Foreign Exchange; Bankruptcy; Refinance-related; credit repair.
3) 1-2 word max per domain. Obviously the fewer characters, the better.
4) Domain Must have > 2,500 exact word searches on the above google exact word search tool.
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
5) Must be dot com, or dot net.
6) We are non end-users. I assume if you had an end user in mind, you would have sold it to him/her already. If you are asking $15,000 for a $1,000 domain, then I am not interested.
A 2010 Honda Accord priced at $26,000 is not going to sell at $75,000 unless there is gold in the trunk.
Fair/reasonable prices. We are not 100% idiots, but don't like to be jammed either.

Budget: $50,000 (for 1-20 names)
1) Topic: must not be a mlm, amway, scamway, or any other "deceiving" method. Legit business.
Any topic is fine, except no adult. Typos are fine. I don't assume the economy is going to get better just because it's bad now. Data must be based upon current traffic, not the glory days.
2) Domain Must have > 2,500 exact word searches on the above google exact word search tool.

3) Must be dot com, dot net.
4) Must have data to support traffic (ie Parked data 2-year data). Please don't send something you typed up on an Excel spreadsheet. It just isn't convincing.
5) Use a 5-8x annual-revenue for typo valuation. 18-24x multiple for developed sites.
