Does anyone know when Bodis mails out 1099's?

We need to file early this year.

I think end of Jan is the legal requirement.

If they are like any of most companies, expect no sooner than the last week in January.

I have even had faulty 1099's on Jan 31st with an email telling me the 'corrected' 1099 will be somewhere in Feb. Which is barely legal.
