I have 13 sites (a couple are just domain names) that I am looking to sell as a wholesale lot for $2800. That is only $215 per site and many of these sites will sell for thousands of dollars if sold off one at a time. The names are at godaddy and namebright and most have 8 months or more left. I've got this too. But there still isn't any website to look at, even if you accept the risks.
Most names seem inaccessible, except Arlington Watches

In all cases, it's risky.

I've bought domain names in the past that appeared to have a lot of very good links, and most likely some traffic and clicks through those links. Not to mention that potential SEO value that the links would bring.

However, even though there was every indication that the links were good, and it was worth the money to buy the domain, some of them ended up being burned domains. Someone else had seen the value, and spammed the domain so much that they burned the domain. No way to see that it was burned until you got the domain and then set it up in Google Search Console.

I've also bought a couple for parking and they all turned out to be duds with 0-to-little income with traffic. Though, they had hundreds of links, not hundreds of thousands to millions.

I don't think I would take the chance on a name with that much money unless I could taste it to make a projection first. Really wondering who are making these big money moves and if they pay off...
