I once had a great offer on a domain and it came with the stipulation "only if you provide the .com, .net and .org are we interested".

Well... I didn't.

So yea, if someone is buying a domain specifically for a branding or retail presense, the it's massive to them. Worth even more.

For the bulk of the people that hang out here, people that simply PARK (or develope with ads to park) a domain and don't do much else with it, probably not.
