I already made a post about this in the less trafficked domain section.
My sites have been down for over 24hrs. They are all getting 404 pages. Their support promised me they were working on this problem over 22hrs ago when i called. This is ridiculous. I also made dns changes 48hrs ago which are still showing the old dns servers, and its a matter of propagation, the changes just haven't been made.
This is costing me a boatload. Their phone is only getting busy signals.
