The Sheboygan Press is reporting that at Sheboygan man was charged with selling his employer’s domain name for $200,000 and using corporate credit cards to finance international trips with a stripper girlfriend.

So, now it brings in one legal question. How do we protect ourselves from buying a name from a company who claims to be the legal owner of the domain? I have dealt with couple transactions to buy the domains from a company who response my email, fortunately there is no problem yet.
