36.com used to be a high-profile portal of Hong Kong. If it was like 5 years ago, 38.com (a better domain name than 36.com in that sense) could end up selling for at least a million dollars. Just check out stories about tom.com.
FYI: 38 is one of those lucky numbers for the Chinese, meaning lively (3) and prosperous (8). So it would still be worth quite a bit even now, bearing in mind that letter domains have always been popular in the Chinese market.
38.com has been transferred to the new owner who is my club's(www.domain.club.tw) member completely, and I think it would be a high profile sale for recent days.k:
