Found this name at ( enameequity.com ) Reserve price $11,000.
No bids were found. Must have expired and I picked it up on the drop for $8.95.

Please appraise.

I thought this was a pretty good name for a security related site.

What do others think? Please let me know.

I sorta like the domain. The 247 prefix works well with security; after all, good security should be round-the-clock. Also, the .net doesn't kill the name -- it gives it some credence to internet/network security related matters.

My appraisal:
$100-300 to an interested customer
$10-$30 if you were to sell it in the DNF auction

I had an anonymous offer for this name of $500. Should I counter or sell now?

Opinions?

Sure it could be!
Almost all of my sales have stemed from original 'little old lady' offers. Even the big companies that eventualy bought for 5 figures or more, started with a low ball offer from a hotmail address. Play the negotiation game well. But, there's the rub.......don't blow a sale! Welcome to the game!

$1000 is soooo unrealistic. Take $500 and be glad you dont have to sell it for DNF$..

Whatever you say! I countered with a $1000 but haven't heard anything back. That is ok, because I am not excepting $500. If they want it bad enough, they will pay my price or at least meet me half way! No hurry on my part to sell. I'll just renew the name when due.

Good Luck.
PS. It's still a ".NET", remember.

Another counter offer for $750

I think I will stick to my guns on a thousand!

Am I being a fool? I ask this question because, all I hear on CNN is Security, Security, Security!
