even though its a .net, i like it for tv/music nostalgia sites and all those compilations that get pumped out en masse.

valuewise, i'd be thinking $250-$500.

Wow, I just looked at overture and saw 3813 searches for "90s"only (+ a ton of searches for 90 music etc...)

I really didnt think so many people look for this...

yeah, apparently it will be "working" summer (I also have 3pt.net - will try to develop it as basketball website or something like that...) :)

As dotsofdomains mentioned earlier, what is your best advice on developing a website for selling it later ?

Just put some links up, optimize it in search engines, build a community ?
How much is website worth once it is developed (whatever that means anyway )
