1: Downtime has left Australia in the dark when they apparently came back up in the US. Any domains with moniker cant be accessed and the official moniker website is a dead link when accessed anywhere in Australia. Its been 11 hours since they came back online in the US and we're still dead in Australia. This has costed me money and business
2: No reply to support emails or any other attempts to contact Moniker
3: The fact that they fixed the issue for the US and not areas outside the US like Australia (we are a continent you know!)
4: Clearly no redundancy for downtime in place and I'm not sure if I can rely on them in the future
