webnamesolution.com offers names they don't own all the time, and always for the same price - it's probably an automated process.
In most cases it's names that are about to drop, but frequently they seem to offer other names too.
Usually it's the .com version of a name which you already have in another extension, and I've sometimes used their sales emails as an alert that a name will drop soon...
Ofter they even offer you names you have dropped yourself.
They never own the names yet at the time the email is sent.

You guys should complain to their registrar + webhost + credit card processor.
I just don't how many complaints it takes to shut down these clowns :veryangry:

so how does it work, if you agree to buy the domain, would they make you pay for appraisals, or like try to acquire it from the owner etc.?
I don't suppose they just take the money and run. These emails have been around for months

I have no idea, I've never answered them.
But since most are for dropping domains, (I think others are by mistake), I assume they're trying to get it in the drop, and then sell it to you.

(Moved to domain discussion).

I get emails from them a lot, most of the time if I own the .org or .net and the .com is dropping.

A few times they've offered to sell me a domain that I already owned, too. They took me off their list for some reason when I threatened legal action for that. :?::approve:

I think it is a kind of orthodox advertising way. Now more people are aware of the website. I have even visited the site.
