I own this name for about 2 years. There was a private offer for 6K. I've not sold any NNN before, wonder if I should take the deal?

Do you know who the bidder is? What can you find out about him/her/them. If it's a big company, maybe you can ask for more? If it's an anonymous offer (via Sedo for example), is it an initial offer? If so, maybe you can manage to get a few more G's, but it's always a risk that the bidder will change his mind when you counter. Does it get any particular traffic/revenue? It's a very generous offer IMO and if you can't risk "losing" those $6k, accept the offer.

Ask for $8k. They either have good money and will be prepared to pay for it, or they are one of sedo's 'special' bidders who disappear anyway. If you need the money though and can't take the risk, accept at $6k cos it is a fair price.

I would never accept the initial offer.

You should counter the offer. ALWAYS.

I wouldn't counter below 10k.

This was a while ago....so let us know what happened.

If it was a .com you should have asked for more. but for a .net, that very good offer. DEFINATELY ACCEPT IT!
