Average of $580/month for the sample. Even higher in recent months. Between me and another DNF member we have owned this site for several years and not even a whiff of a TM issue - we are doing them a service after all, so I never expect one and consider this essentially a generic domain.
Fluctuate between the top and second slot in Google, the TM holder is the only one who ever beats me. I don't monitor Bing and Yahoo as often but the site is often #1 in Bing and always in the top 3 spots in both search engines.
Traffic and earnings are very consistent. No work on the site is required. It runs itself.
Offers will start at multiple years of earnings.
