Too bad. A decission that I can´t follow. Will not help .eu to become any success.

75,000 names - not warehousing! - I see they were going to use them for their 75,000 new company websites.

I think the court still has to decide about the warehousing claim. The main decision to remove the on hold status was because Eurid did not notify Ovidio before putting the domains on hold, and that is against ther own R&R.

I guess it is no possible to find this 75000 list. But Ovidio & others have registered a great number of good generic domains.

Try the availability of good domains at EURid site, and you will arrive very quickly to Ovidio & his friends as owners ...

Ovidio Ltd has some of his .eu pages parked at Sedo

Take a look at: www.pasajes.eu (pasajes is spanish for tickets)

In the top frame there is a link to: an Ovidio Ltd presentation ...

I think Ovidio Ltd is a consortium of many top notch registrars or internet domain investors who just wanted to cybersquat on .eu. IMHO this is dangerous and bad for the market as they simply took the best of the .eu extension!!
