Seems like more than reg fee, it's brandable for a phone related site. I can't see more than $100 though.

Start a blog on it reviewing phones that run Windows Phone 7. Once it's developed then it'll have a higher value depending on the Rank & Revenue.
Right now it's only $xx-$xxx (low low).

Yes, it is worth something, but you really won't be able to sell it for much. This is a good example of a name that you could use to develop a site with. And that differs from lots of worthless names around here that people suggest get developed.

I just got the domain from a GD expired auction about a week ago...since I got it at the min price I think it was a decent purchase.
