8.0 Earthquake Causes Tsunsmi

I just got a warning message for Okinawa from the 8.0 earthquake that caused a tsunami killing 4 confirmed in the Solomon's. I have registered OkinawaTsunami dot com to keep it out of wrong hands and pointing it to nothing.

Last Tsunami that devastated Japan had a registration of geoJapanTsunami regs, one of which was Okinawa and dropped, until today.

I'm 1 meter above shoreline at class and it's expecttto be high tide when it hits us, wish Okinawa luck!

Well, it was supposed to hit an hour ago so hopefully I can say we're in the clear as I'm on my way home and that's ocean side.

I just didn't want a domainer to capitalize on my or anyone else's death in Okinawa like last tsunami when it resolved to a parking page that immediately made my blood boil. Now that it's in my possession, I have it set on autorenew since Okinawa has been increasing in seismic activity since the big Japan one. I

Setup a website will an email or cell capture and push notifications when there is any seismic activity.

We already have an advanced system. They have hundreds of seismic measuring devices setup around Japan. Some are able to predicted earthquakes minutes before they happen, some receive a potential earthquake and stop the 300km/hr bullet trains in under 1 minute to prevent derailment and others send an immediate text message with an alarm to seek higher ground immediately.

If a tsunami occurs in Okinawa it will be a developed website that's plain text with the persons name and picture as well as a translated obituary.

Okinawa was my home for a 1/3rd of my life and if anything tragic like a tsunami, victims should be forever remembered here.

Okinawan people are like your friendly next door neighbor... you know, the one when you run out of sugar, they'll share theirs.

Tsunami warnings were lifted 5 minutes ago, so these tropics are safe, so is the domain from
F uture domainers.

Even though we didn't feel the effects/affects in Okinawa, my prayers go to the 7families tthat lost someone and to the displaced people in the Solomon's (3 villages destroyed).
