You've got a winner!
This is probably the most clever way I've seen to circumvent trademark infringement. "Phone awareness", as I like to call it, has become more popular than ever.
I remember how I used to be the only guy who knew what model phone he had back in 2006 or so. So now, the term "9800" registers in the mind of the layperson.
You should have no trouble driving traffic, especially if you get a bunch of backlinks masked as "BlackBerry Torch Accessories", since that's what the majority of people will be searching.
Phone accessories are high margin, so you could run a great affiliate store earning in the order of high x% of gross sales, or if you're really ambitious, you could run your own business whereby you buy the accessories in bulk (dirt cheap on eBay) and sell them through the site.
Gel cases can be had for $0.xx, and are an easy $9.99 or $14.99 sale.
So, to appraise it, I would place a value of $750 USD on it. The only reason why I couldn't appraise it higher is because the torch has already been out for a while, and it's only a matter of time before it goes out of style, and your business dies.
With that in mind, act quickly and get that money now.
