anyone had this bull from leaving negative feedback?

I dont think ive ever left bad fb on dnf in 3 years

a member pms me re: a small $18 deal
says he wants the domain in question
i send him 2 pms leave it a week no response

its a pet hate of mine so to let him know its not acceptable i leave fb
he responds with 2 lots of negative
