All of these domains were transferred to Google name servers in the past week or so. They are also all registered to Google Inc.

Is it part of Google’s domain name inventory to make sure others don’t register them?

they should just hire bad squatters on staff and have them register these kinds of names, so they won't have to spend $$$$$$$ on taking them back three years later.

Easy lesson - don't squat on "google" names. No rocket science here. Of course it's part of Google's TM protetion strategy, now try some PayPal ones...
