How do you value a domain with one letter?

Is it just the fetish of the smallest size?

Certainly there can't be any type in or search engine traffic to it either. So how does an (amazing!) names like this get it's value?
Memorability?

I am still way too much of a newbie as I would dare to put a price-tag on this one...

i was confused as well rhopperger.
but i'll clear a few things up .
he wasnt asking for a price on a.org he meant he needed a value for a .org ( balloons.org )
