A Question on Searching

Is there any service that will allow a search of domains by registrant?

If I want to find out, say, what are the domains that P&G owns or what are the domains that John F. Doe owns, can I do this somehow?

(There used to be a site called websitez.com that allowed this, but it shut down).

Yes, but https://www.whobiz.biz/whobiz/FreeSearch.jsp does not seem functionate properly (or what is to type-in? a domain name, or a registrant name?)

Registrant name, french. But only for .biz names. And you have to pay if the guy has over 75 names and you need to see the whole list.
