a quick SEO question

i need someones advice on SEO and I would be really glad if someone could give an answer. the situation is this - lets say i want to get into first place on google for a keyword (just an example) "mister mouse". If you currently look for that keyword you'll get PR 5 or PR 7 websites, however, they include the keyword in situations like "mouse: mister" or "mister text text text mouse". OVT shows no score whatsoever for this keyword, so it's just a weird keyword no one will look for (at least yet) but google still finds it on remotely relevant websites. Do you think it is possible to beat other websites and get into the first place within 2-3 months?

After looking at the results for the keywords "mister mouse" (without the quotes) the only competitor which i see would stop you from ranking number one is eSure.com, just because there mascot or whatever you wanna call it is called Mister Mouse but their PR does help them. MisterMouse.net which is in 3rd position has no PR and well to be honest, getting you to the top would be quite easy from what i see and if your main keyword is mister mouse - over throwing eSure.com would be easy too, just the PR will be a bit factor in that.

Sure, i can dig out a list of places where you can buy PR links etc etc but you will need to do on-site optimization too. Sure you can point 20 PR8 links to your site but unless you have the right anchor text etc etc all it will do is give you higher PR. Also make sure you do your Anchors properly like making them seem natural to Google - if not you will get penalized.
