At least the panalist tried his best to induce logic into his findings to rule bad faith.

On a side note, there was a cat which inhereted millions of dollars when its owner died. The cat was the sole hier. So could that cat in fact register a domain name since it had legal status?? lol

The cat was neutered so it didn't have any B@lls to stand up and fight.

Funny article.

"The disputed domain name is used by one Mr. Woods to teach a class to demonstrate how companies (such a Complainant) do not register obvious domain names."

The domain name is not obvious. It is long and low quality.

"If Respondent is in fact a cat from outer space, then it should have so indicated in its reply, in order to avoid unnecessary perplexity by the Panel. Further, it should have explained why a cat from outer space would allow Mr. Woods to use the disputed domain name. In the absence of such an explanation, the Panel must conclude that, if Respondent is a cat from outer space, then it may have something to hide, and this is indicative of bad faith behavior."

Ha.
