Anyone know how to get assigned a good account executive service rep?

I have called and emailed GD several times about it with no response or a real answer on how to do it.

Hi David G,

I am not sure if you can 'request' an executive account rep, but I will enquire of my E.A.R. when I speak to him and get back to you as soon as I can with any advice he gives. Sorry this is obviously not of immediate help but I will PM you in the next few days.
