Hello guys,
While was trying to log-in to my account at Enom I've got a message that "your account has been disabled" - just that, nothing more nothing less. I didn't have any problems with Enom, didn't receive any emails from Enom about any reasons my account was blocked.
Just sent them an email to their customer service. I have read couple of times about not great Enom support, so want to ask if anybody have any contacts to Enom guys, who could help me to unblock my account?

Thanks, Nick

Thank you very much!!!

I've received a strange email from supportcenter@support-services.biz (Googled it and it seems that it's an Enom) in reply on my email to Customer Care services.

"Thank you for contacting our Support Center. Your auto-generated password is below. As you cannot change this password, please retain this email for future reference.

THIS EMAIL IS NOT MONITORED.

They are giving me a new password? Should I loging to my account with this new password? Now I would use my email address to login to my acc? There is no ANY word about blocking my account.
What do you think guys, what's happening? Is it OK?

Thanks, Nick

It could be that somebody tried to log in to your account, and after a few failed attempts your account was locked out.

Thanks for the comment. But why they are sending me another password and asking me to log in with my email?

Because that 'somebody' must have used the password reminder feature ;)
Of course, it goes straight to your mailbox.
Does the E-mail indicate which IP address was used ?

No, no IP address. Strange that this email I've got after I contacted Enom customer service.

Start calling enom and monitoring ALL of your domains, there is chance that your account has been hacked.

Thanks Makis! Well, that second email with a password I received after I sent the email to support. Will call them today. Domains are still mine (seems)

UPDATE:

Just called them. Talked to Patrick and he told me that Risk Management Team made it (disabled my account). When I ask him for a phone number of RM Team - he told me that they are not communicating by phone only by email. Nice stuff. I guess I already emailed them yesterday on [email protected]
