Accurate biz/info expiring names/snaps

Does anyone know where I can get reliable lists of names for expiring biz and info's?

Also, is there anywhere I can put snaps on these?

Apart from Pool and .BIZ, I would also like to know where and when I can apply snaps. :-D

Snapnames could be introducing this service soon, but with their current atrocious performance, don't think they'll win much.
