Do you have a standard email you send out to current owners of domains when asking to purchase, making an offer, or even if they just want to sell?

Or do you just type a quickie out every time?

I always send out a personalized email, no templates. I always:

- Do NOT send from a free email service, always my company or the site I'm representing
- Call them by their name (if it's available, WhoIs information etc..)
- Introduce myself with my real name
- Clear communication, what I want, how much I'm offering, etc..

I get my fair share of these emails, resellers mostly. Not hard to spot a reseller, The email is short and simple, they use a Gmail address and contact you using whois information they could of only obtained by doing a whois history check, rather than clicking the inquire link on the parking page.

Always looking to buy your name for pennies, It's annoying.
