A buyer of a couple of my domains wants me to sign an agreement when selling the domains in addition to using Escrow.com. Most of the terms look fine except for the fact they are requesting all links remain for a period of 3 years on any of my personal sites. There are a couple other items which I do not feel good about, but is the timeframe of 3 years reasonable?

Any suggestions on a quick consultation from a lawyer in regards to the document? My current lawyer isn't too involved with domains and would rather find out by word of mouth instead of the yellow pages.

I've spent that time watching too many cartoonz.

Yes, I know who the big timers are. I was looking for someone who had less of a waiting list is all.

I decided to go with someone local so thread can be closed.
