Dear adBrite Publisher,

Over the last few weeks, adBrite and its management have been evaluating the go-forward plan for the business. Given market conditions and certain financial liabilities, in working with our lenders, we have decided to cease operations on Feb 1, 2013.

This is a difficult decision for all of us at adBrite. However, after much deliberation this seems to be the best course of action despite the impact it will have on all the employees, clients and partners who helped build this business. There will be a team in place as needed to assist with winding down.
Thank you for being part of the adBrite community.

The adBrite Team

Glad to see them shut down. I had a nasty fallout with them back in 2006 when they had an advertising deal with a completely racist social network. Finally, their publishers realized how crappy a network they were.

I'm surprised they weren't bought out by Google.

Lol, I used to make about 100 usd per day 6 months, but then It was cut in half and went back to adsense. I am glad to see them go, but it was however good alternative.

I haven't used Adbrite in ages and was a little surprised to see them closing their doors.. But, when I last logged into the system late last year it appeared things hadn't changed much there.. Oh well, they couldn't keep up with the times I guess.
