One point to consider in all of this is that with Parking, you cannot pay for traffic to your site in hopes to drive click through revenue.
However, with Adsense, you have Adwords which allows you to pay for traffic to your site to drive click through traffic.
Of course, you HAVE to have a site, host it, have content, etc... you can't just have a site full of ads.
Hosting costs per month. Parking is free.
Bottom line... if you have one of those wonderful generics, you can park and not worry about it. If you don't, development, hosting, SEO, search listing, page ranking and all that will drive the traffic to you.
So look at your site, figure out what it actually CAN do in terms of type-in versus search traffic... and use whichever method fits your catagory.
Don't underestimate of the value of search traffic as opposed to type-in. It can be powerful and give non-generic sub six-figure domains a chance to compete up there in the stars.
