Adult warning for adult domains

Why i am having adult warning page for my adult domains at parked.com
i have changed the keyword several times but its still there.due to that my revenue and ctr have dropped.do i need to change parking company where no adult warning (18 to enter) is not displayed.

All Yahoo based parking companies are required to have a warning page. Not much any of us can do with that.
