I think so.
You could produce the adult version of these little icons used in Windows. There may be a market for it.
It is certainly unique.

Alternatively, to bridge the gap between the meaning of the words pic and icon it may take some work from your part.
AdultIcon may also mean adultprotege, an icon or an exemplary member of the adult entertainment world.

I hope these ideas help. As far as a value, I d say that of a two word .com witha somewhat disjointed meaning, It the content is a hit, a different story. DOnt see more than$250-$400 and thats pushing it without a (concept) start page
