Advertdeal.com - new ppc - program?

I received an email about a new affiliate network, Advertdeal.com . It`s a pay per click network. Looks good, but I am not approved yet. Any experiece with them? They also pay for popups and textlinks it seems.

never heard of them, www.ppcfeed.net works really well for us -- really good support very happy with the feed.

I tried to apply, realised that the signup page is only designed for US companies or persons. So I emaile them and got an answer saying, no problem they can enter all data into the system for me. So I sent my data and never heard from them again. Sent them and email and no answer.
Which is too bad, I have a search engine with decent traffic but no ppc feed ;-(
