Here is another one. Same thief as china.net. Yeah, buddy, I got all your heists, even those with your other false names....

If the thief was smart (who shall remain nameless for now), he would sell his stolen names to the first clueless buyer.

Working with DotRegistrar, seems a case is building for them to execute Para 23 of the Agreement--they can legally cancel the domain because false Who Is data was provided. Pressure from ICANN (Dan [email protected]), the Internet community as a whole, legal vulnerabilities, and DotRegistrar's own business sense will win out. (Refusing to cancel the name will just result in lost revenue for DotRegistrar if they allow their reputation to suffer. No registrar wants to be known as harboring a huge cache of high profile stolen domains.)

How is that smart? Then he'd have two companies coming after his butt.

What proof do you have that the names have been stolen? Possibly false whois data? Is that the only proof or do you have the history of these domain names prior to the present owner acquiring the names? Perhaps he purchased them?

Just curious what evidence you have.

I do always lend an ear to conspiracy theories but I don't doubt some shady things go on unnoticed.

 

He has stolen nearly 50 names now. Confirmed in accounts with DotRegistrar. Multiple accounts, different names, different credit cards, the works........

Has he been reported to the registrars or the proper authorities?

Has he taken an active domain name or are all of these names getting ready to drop? It would be nice if you would provide a little more clarity/details of what is taking place.
