I agree w/katherine as to estimate, more on a lucky day. I like it, too bad it's a .net. San Jose, CA is at the heart of Silicon Valley and while many actually buy there, there's no shortage of renters who cannot pay $2M for a doghouse just cuz it's just south of SF. Also, park it w/someone other than GD
