I have tried the one im referring about on my first post at ShareASale.com but seems that program has been closed down.

This program will is like putting a search engine on your site. Just like what schmidte provided:

We have one coming out for CitySearch which is a great one for travel sites. You can search by City and category - like restaurants, hotels, etc and get paid per click.

We have been in development for 2 months and plan to launch on Sept 5th barring any delays.
