Any thoughts, valuations, first impressions (even negative ones) are greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

obvious question; what the heck is it meant to mean? how does this domain differ to Affiliateq Affiliatek etc? At least domains like Affiliatez Affiliater make some kinda sense, but this makes no sense to me, and I really don't see value in it.

I have never had success with premium keyword + letter affix hand registrations, prefixed .com's are an entirely different matter. Do you (does anyone) see any possible value in that the Affix letter "P" is the first letter in the most associated search term for affiliate; "Affiliate Program(s)"?

I appreciate your opinion.

Best wishes,
Darlene

I know why you've registered it, keyword + letter domains are the latest trend. But developers are registering these domains. It's the development that makes these domains valuable, not the domains themselves. A developer won't see this domain as anything special because they can likely achieve the same purpose with the same keyword and different letter at reg fee or for very cheap.

Thank you dcristo, I agree development is key with names like this.

Does anyone feel the Affix "P" is a positive factor, considering the popularity of the term Affiliate Program(s)?

Best wishes,
Dar

Not a very good domainers play. That domain is worthless in my eyes, but again, flickr once seem strange to me. Flickr name stuck because the business model worked.
So developed sure. Trying to sell to a unmotivated or uncaring developer won't move the name.

Letter in the beginning, would be a better investment, it is ok to own a few within a large portfolio, but many times it is dead money, really like putting money on a roulette wheel. It is something you have to brand, build, develop, and then hit a grand slam with to get noticed. Most of the companies that do make it generally end up buying a more generic name down the road. So if you did get paid on it, won't be much.

Your welcome but I kinda disagree with this mindset. I think if it requires development to make it valuable, why even bother? Your time would be better spent developing names that already have value.

He is right, the name really loses all generic value with the p is put at the end, just changes the makeup of the domain. If you are going to build something out, better to brand with AFF something...
