Does that add value to domain? (Many sites linking in.)

I agree with this statement, although you probably did not waste your money. If the site has sites linking in, you should be fine.

if you don't check where each and every link is placed and linked from, then you'll never know the "quality" of those links.


and quality is more important than volume
