moniker All Chinese can't use Paypal at moniker

I found almost all Paypal accounts verified location are China can't pass the moniker payment system nowaday,too many chinese domainers described the same situation at moniker when they will submit the Paypal payment: Error Detected Error:Unable to Verify PayPal Purchase,me too!!!May be i will transfer my all domians at moniker to other registrar~~~ :upset::upset::upset:

Use a credit card, there is an added fee if you use paypal with Moniker anyway.

yes i know,4% Paypal fee is added when someone submit the payment use Paypal but some chinese domainers told me their credit card still can't be submited at moniker like their Paypal account~~~
And i want to know at the My Domains cpanel of moniker,what's means of DOMAIN FILTER?A domain search?

Of course there are also many great registrars in this world like enom.com, and godaddy.com

If you are insistent to use Moniker, and plan to spend a great deal, I would Fedex them a check prepayment. If not as previously mentioned, use a credit card.
