Hey there,

Would be extremely glad to hear some appraisals for the following three domains:

AMDServers.net

SalesExec.org

GamingVPS.com

I'm about to list these on Sedo but can't decide on the price (and I hate "Make an offer" listings :))

Thanks a bunch in advance!

A valuation?

Hmm, I have no idea how high awards to plaintiffs/complaintants are going for these days for copyright and trademark infringement.

Irrelevant comment.

AMD does not produce servers. They produce CPUs and "AMD Servers" are simply servers that are built using AMD CPUs. Servers like this are produced by thousands of companies worldwide.

AMD filing a copyright claim on AMDServers.net is comparable to Microsoft filing a copyright claim on WoodenWindows.com.

Beg to differ. Hardly irrelevant.

If it was IntelServers, would you claim the same the point? Intel makes chips and not servers therefore you have the right to own it?

There are 11,500 google search results for "amd servers" that make this quite a relevant point.
