Hello can anyone answer my simple question?? Do Americans ever use the term remortgage or remortgaging???? I see that they use they term refinance mortgage?????

Remortgage or remortgaging ...no, not normal terms in the US. We use refinance.

In the Uk it is basically a refinance on your mortgage. Oh well hopefully some expats will type it in and bring me some $$$! Although i have had a few sedo clicks so someone must be interested???

LOL! But it may not only be "British". Most people forgot that the combined market of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa and India is already subtantial enough. ;)
