sometimes i wish i could sue the people who make the programs that create a constant flow of popups from Internet Explorer. I dont even use internet explorer.

The most ironic thing is, is that the popups are advertising programs that stop popups.

I wonder how the guy got the phone number, I want the phone number of the popup-makers
