I've been thinking those very same thoughts. The father of that baby gets everything. 3 People who have claim to that money have died since she got pregnant. Even the guy contesting the will died last year. I was shocked enough at the idea she would get pregnant at this point in life. Add in the death of all three parties who could claim the money...you have quite a suspicious situation.

Seems that lawyer might not be the father at all though. But he seems to think he is.

You might be thinking of a different Anna.

It's nice that we are so respectful of the dead. It shows our capacity for compassion and delusion at the same time. She was a tragedy that never stopped, hurting not only herself but others as well. Her final tragedy was to leave this innocent baby to who-knows-what fate.

Indeed, it is very convenient, and it could get stranger. If it's true that Stern did in fact supply Anna's son with methadone, then the boy's father could go after the estate for wrongful death.
