anonymous wordpress posts

Hi,
I was planning to develop a domain of mine to create an online community able to submit posts to a wordpress blog.
Things should work as follows:
- people should have a simple post form in the homepage, for a quick and anonymous post
- moderators should approve each post before they are published
-a poll option should be available to the post creator


do you know of any WP hacks/plugins to help me do these things?

I could probably code one for you for a small fee. All you would need to do is use the code from where you add posts inside the admin area and just remove all the checks i.e.) logged in, is admin, etc

Or you could just code a custom one to just insert the data into the database
