blags.com

I think this may be an English word and not in world use.

Originally it meant taking an item to the pawn shop and convincing the pawnbroker to lend you more money against it than it was worth. You then , of course, never redeemed it. Modern usage seems to be for a range of illegal acts including confidence tricks and swindles.

I think it would make a great site for listing frauds.

Any idea of its value undeveloped?

Too hard to explain really hard - so it's best to look for a better domain. The word might be related to Brags - so worth regg - but not much more.

I like it. being from the southeast i use the word 'blag' quite a lot

in context i might say.

I went on the blag (i was on the pull or i went cruising for chicks etc).

I blagged the bouncer i was on the guestlist and i got in the club for free.

I say develop it into a site about the most outrageous lies people have told to get their own way. it would get a good following once developed and would easily do the rounds on office email to help build traffic.

Thanks Ciq

I suspected it was going to be a British only site. Pity it's yet another site that needs to be developed.

Do you think it's better to use it as a site for current cons, or one for the greatest in History.
